• Oversee all day-to-day café operations, including staffing, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
• Create and implement systems and procedures to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality café service
• Develop and lead a passionate, knowledgeable, and guest-focused café team through training, coaching, and motivation
• Curate and update the seasonal café menu in alignment with brand identity, customer preferences, and local/seasonal produce availability
• Collaborate closely with the team to maintain exceptional food and beverage quality standards
• Monitor and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and manage the café's marketing and promotional strategies to drive awareness and increase traffic
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement to optimise product quality, cost, and sustainability
• Proactively communicate with and provide regular updates to the broader DART Motorsport leadership team
• Foster a positive, high-energy, and guest-centric work culture within the café
